Bitcoin Explorer 2.1.0

This release supports both Obelisk and the new libbitcoin-server. Support for Electrum mnemonics has been replaced with BIP39 commands and libbitcoin-server certificate creation and derivation commands have been added. The command line and configuration settings now support Unicode in Windows builds. You can verify the downloads using the signed SHA256 hashes below.
