Bitcoin Explorer 3.2.0

These binaries require no installation, simply download and run the single file. Mainnet, testnet and altcoins are supported based on configuration and parameterization. You can verify the downloads using the signed SHA256 hashes below.

This release requires libbitcoin-server v3.0/v3.1 or later for some online operations. This a minor release that changes the output format of the tx-decode command.
