upgrade deps to latest versions

Simple update of dependencies to make adopting this version of the crate more accessible. I could only execute the tests on my nix systems but it appears the dependency APIs have not changed.

Apologies for taking so long to take a look at this. My windows machine can't run the ipv6 tests but otherwise passes with these updates.

Looks like dependency updates have raised the minimum supported rust version from under us anyway, so these updates seem to be fine.

Any particular reason to change some of the dependencies to specify all three version parts?

No particular reason, I think that is the default behaviour of cargo update I think! I can remove the patch values if you would like?

Went ahead and amended my commits and removed those patch values

7a2ab3e seems to be identical to 05048c1 in contents.

I merged the original commit and made a tiny tweak before publishing as 0.8.0. Thanks!
