- BLADE-724 liferay-blade-cli: removes assertion for now since there will be a delta between the released version of workspace and the template version

This updates the cached test version of workspace. Accomplished by running: gw install -Dmaven.repo.local=/path/to/test/repo In the workspace plugin dir
…ject templates. Once we make the release process stable, we can explore making it dynamic against the latest release.
