Describe the bug

Depending on the shell used to run Windows actions, runs may not correctly fail. See runs in linkml/linkml-runtime#358 which show that some windows tests actually fail if the tests are run in a suitable shell.

Due to this misconfiguration some bugs have slipped into the code undetected. Currently there are 6 failing tests on Windows.

Version of LinkML you are using

  • linkml-runtime 1.8.3.post12.dev0+ad74966
