sourceTexture is ok, but `GL_BLEND` causes blur's effect is abnormal, so we set glBlend mode manually, and reset it's state by `changedStates()`. Issue: linuxdeepin/developer-center#6722
using ViewPort to clip radius, and background is offscreen. Issue: linuxdeepin/developer-center#6363
