This driver handles Wacom EMR technology devices with I2C. It convers the device generations of G9, G12, and G14. When no HID driver is supposed to be used, this driver works with such devices instead of it.
Remove wacom_i2c.c in order to start over of the commit

This adds functionalities of the recent EMR generation features -hopefully, this works.
