Display Member-->Member expenses with an arrow in the log

I feel like this might be a pain, but if there were something to mark when expenses were member to member, we could show it like this and it would be so great.

Also, then in the log we could put percentage shares for only when it was an uneven split.

We do track this, so it would just be a matter of making a UI for it.

Cool. I was actually just thinking as I was doing the dishes this morning that it is important to be able to edit to go between types. Is that also possible?

It's all one transaction model, so yeah - it would be easy to let folks edit the type if we want to.
