Fix the error of:
Error: Dependencies lock file is not found in /home/runner/work/preevy-saas/preevy-saas. Supported file patterns: package-lock.json,npm-shrinkwrap.json,yarn.lockDuring actions/setup-node@v4.
In additions, it might worth removing the flow of using node/npx entirely as it can cause conflict with customer's node version
