This function duplicated os.getenv function
This sets up the code to be able to handle animated images, while also providing memory usage benefit.
For now only first frame is shown to user

This allows for widgets to be animated independently of each other
Before text offset was also taken into consideration
- Added support for animated images. - Refactored animation handling to support multiple independent applications. - Updated a few widget properties.
This time sync every package to the same version even if there are no changes
