Some predicates contain fancier pldoc head line such as:
%! data(+Key_id:atom, ++Element_list:list, -Sub_element_list:list) is nondet
I left these in. Our de facto standard omits describing type so I didn't change all of the pldocs for the expanded typing descriptors. Also some have the ++ symbol.
File compare looks good and it loads into swipl without warnings. This is the last flybase program. Please advise if any issues.
Also update chess program.
