After the calibration refactoer PreSources and Sources are based on two separate rounds of detection. isolatedStarAssociation is run on both separately and yields two sets of match catalogs. analyzeMatchedVisitCore is based on: isolated_star_sources analyzeMatchedPreVisitCore is based on: isolated_star_presources
