Changes:
Setting changes do not require a reboot anymore
Readme changed (deleted the parts where reboot was required and new logo, old logo could not be display by mycroft skill-store)
Speak and Utterance functions rewritten
settings.yaml updated to be (hopefully) better readable on home.mycroft.ai
