An incredibly tiny µkernel designed to be eternally readable

What does that mean?

Modern kernels are big, complex, and often at least partially closed-source. I'm hoping to create a kernel so tiny that anyone with a bit of knowledge can read and understand it, and maybe incorporate its ideas into their own projects.
