This is a bugfix release.

• For some events, warnings of the following type could appear: Undefined array key "post_id". This broke some extensions, most notably QuickMod.
• The user interface has been improved, it is now easier to delete Webhooks.
• It is now possible to use multibyte strings (UTF-8) as Webhok alias.
• Improved descriptions in ACP.
