GCC 13.1 does not compile on my macOS Sequoia machine. This breaks avr-gcc. Fix it by bumping version to 14.2.

please do not close PRs and open new ones; instead make changes and force-push.

AmHere again the commit message is not correct. It should follow ": short description".

also, I suppose you want this change to be picked up by everyone not only to get reproducible builds. In that case, you should also increase the "revision" field.

This is already changing gccversion, which will affect the port’s version. Shouldn’t it actually drop to revision 0?

There’s no need for a revision bump as the version is already being bumped.
