I want to make some significant updates to receipts without disrupting West, so we're switching to a feature branch for now.
Also adds the external sync, created, and modified columns to Super MAG tables.
Replaces the travel step with a Google form link, and overrides relevant validations.
Requested via Slack.
Overrides the language for the prereg form and group badge confirmation emails to remove the notarization requirement for parental consent forms.
