Initial working commit

Todo:

• Replace all $_SESSION calls with private tempstore
• Add configuration forms for the backend services using config API
• Make all url-paths using the routing names
• Clean up unused files and code
• Add twig templates for all forms/pages
• Move the wms controllers and routing from qsearch to wms module
