Change Database connection to your server. First run the application and try to login with dummy credentials to generate basic user login data tables. Then run the database script given in GPOSDAL project to generate all the required tables.
Firslty you have to create account on Register url. Then from Database manually create a "admin" role and assign it to the user generated.
