Fixes #38

In this PR:

  • Stable Skia 1.x version support
  • Reanimated 3 support
  • Deleting non-expo example for easier package maintainability

Checking before merging:

  • Rename expo-example to example
  • Move previous example structure to the expo project
  • Check that the components in the Fiesta docs are still running
