Description

Added GitHub Copilot icon for .github/copilot-instructions.md file

This is a file with special instructions for Copilot, so that it has certain rules of operation for the current repository.

The icon itself was taken from https://primer.style/foundations/icons/copilot-16

Nice one, I didn't know about the .github/copilot-instructions.md file. A nice side-effect of being subscribed to this repo is that one can learn about new frameworks, langs and config options like this one haha.
