We need to encourage people to open one pull request per new domain, and name PRs appropriately.

We are currently flooded by new additions, we need an easier way to manage them. We need to encourage people to open one pull request per new domain, and name PRs appropriately so that we can search them very easily (to find duplicates/confirmations).
Hopefully this guide will help. #97 could also help but someone needs to spend time doing it.
