Convert a sequence of frames from MicroAVS Geometry ASCII Format (MGF) to PyMOL sequence file of Compile Graphics Objects (CGO).

Currently supports:
-Convert line segments
-Convert spheres
-Allows user to specify static objects that don't update throughout visualization
