Python 2.7 specific version - distributed on pypi as sheetsync2

I've distributed the master27 branch as sheetsync2 on pypi, this will always be python2.7 compatible.

In time the master branch will likely "break" and be upgraded to python3. This will be distributed on pypi as sheetsync.
