When using non-8-bit integer output formats, libmpg123 fails with encodings like (MPG123_ENC_SIGNED | MPG123_ENC_24) instead of MPG123_ENC_SIGNED_24. The MPG123_ENC_(SIGNED|UNSIGNED)_(8|16|24|32) constants each have an additional bit set which is not otherwise exposed by the library. This commit fixes the calculation of the encoding to use the correct constants.
