Add esbuild bundler

Previously:
All code for a bot had to live in the same file as the handler function. This made Bot files potentially large, unwieldy, and redundant

Now:
Bots can share code through imported files. The esbuild bundler inlines imported functions into the compiled Bot's out js file, allowing code to be shared in utility files.
