Enable TinyMCE usage (Shaun's extra or http://blogs.byte-force.com/xor/tinymce/) or CKEditor (http://www.sencha.com/forum/showthread.php?79031-CKEditor-Extension) or any other better html editor than the one provided by ExtJS :)
