add outputs for all these studies for mag-n-friends, biobakerymgx

i have a bunch of inputs files here and where too large for github on dan's 180 server. i think the resistome studies have run through mag-n-friends so far but not the others. should decide what all we want to run for what all studies, and make sure any output files small enough are pushed to here.
