This should fix #403 for cases when a device is updated to the new MIDI 2.0 driver after it has already been picked up by the KSA transport.

In addition to the behavior when this is all in-box, this should help remove issue #403 where duplicate devices show up after one changes the driver from the old MIDI 1.0 driver to the new MIDI 2.0 driver.
