  1. checkin a yarn 3 binary as per instructions of migrating from yarn 1 to 3
  2. updated husky / lint-staged to deal with yarn 3 pnpm linker idiosyncrosies
  3. update package.json to include all the missing deps
  4. fixed the bin scripts settings of all the packages
  5. fixed up the e2e test utilities to accommodate yarn 3
