Bug fixes
- Fixed the broken stamina effect calculation for defence sectors in MatchSimulator: only keeper stamina was considered by accident in the previous release.
- Foxtrick date and time detection had to be rewritten due to upcoming Hattrick changes. Unfortunately a few mistakes were introduced in the previous release causing problems for some countries with modules using CHPP. The issue should now be resolved.
- DashboardCalendar was completely broken in some cases due to a problem with date detection.
- Various other small changes and fixes.

- Not all trophies are supported in CustomMedals
