  1. Only for First Response Time and Solution Time.

  2.  a) When ticket is within SLA / Escalation, green bar (applicable to open and closed ticket)    
    
     b) When ticket is within SLA / Escalation and reached 'notify before' time (if configured), yellow bar (applicable to open ticket only)    
     
     c) When ticket is overdue SLA / Escalation , red bar (applicable to open and closed ticket)
