Unknown10 = "0.2": Delay till acceleration input is read in seconds. ThrustInputDelay (i.e. amount of time between pressing 'W' and thrust being applied).

Unknown80C = "0.1": Appears to reduce/disable Pulse Engine Planetary Interference when set to 0, allowing for instant pulse to planets (provided MaxPulseEngineSpeed is at least 1,100).
Unknown89C = "1.2": Launch/Takeoff height. Controls how high your ship launches from a surface, and the height at which player flight control is restored.
