How to compile MONO for Linux in order to run MPI.NET ?

I want the cluster performance running MONO

( just built a cluster og 4 X RaspBerries PI)

Hi Jørgen,

I started. I started to refresh the instructions for building on Linux with Mono. I could get is to compile but many unit tests are not passing yet. I have limited time but will try to dig into it. Subsequent work on this will be now captured in #10. I am closing this present pull request.
