Addresses issue #24

This does not address #24.

This is how .gptignore works:

• If the repository specified in the command line argument has .gptignore file, all the files specified in the list are ignored
• Though it's unlikely your own code or someone else's code will have a .gptignore file, in that case we should .gitignore instead of .gptignore.

I am really sorry about that , I am just getting started with these things and am trying to figure and maybe do something wherever I get a chance to do so . Once again I am sorry about it mate ! , will really look underneath the hoods and figure it out on a different level !
