Description

This pull request includes an update to the gallery/index.yaml file to add a new model version and its associated metadata. The most important changes include adding details for the new LocalAI-functioncall-phi-4-v0.2 model.

Model Updates:

• Added a new model entry for LocalAI-functioncall-phi-4-v0.2 with a description highlighting its conversational capabilities and function call execution. The model is based on phi-4 and includes CoT (o1) capabilities from the marco-o1 dataset.
• Included URLs for accessing the new model on Hugging Face.
• Specified the parameters and files associated with the new model version.
