2.4.0 does not exist at http://apache.mirror.iphh.net/spark/ so bump up Spark tp 2.4.1

Need to change version string in Dockerfiles/.yml/.sh. Better to put SPARK_VERSION in a separate env file as in the PR: |

Thanks for your sharing the project, it helped me a lot to catch up Apache Spark!
It seems that the Apache Spark 2.4.0 does not exist at http://apache.mirror.iphh.net/spark/
So we need to bump up Spark to 2.4.1.
This PR will close #12.
