- peers.txt add transmissionbt.com, libtorrent.org, remove openbittorrent.com
- Debian, Arch: pid file location changed from /var/run/kadnode.pid to /run/
- overwrite existing pid file on start
- do not write an empty peerfile
- fix disabled port forwarding is not an error
- some Name Service Switch (NSS) fixes
- various bug fixes
