These dependencies all have to be updated in lockstep so that they're in sync with what django-sayit is using. I had to use django-haystack 2.6.1 because there's a bug in previous versions which was causing the tests to fail. Thanks to Matthew Somerville for helping me track that one down.

Update django-sayit and related dependencies. I've had to use haystack 2.6.1 to avoid test failures, but this conflicts with django-sayit's version, so I've had to disable the
pip checkstep in.travis.ymlfor now.Part of #2585
