Streamlined Workflow Edition

This release makes some necessary minor updates to reflect RW source changes and simplifies the debug/release workflow. This update should improve Linux compatibility and be easier to pick up from scratch.

• All configurations output to the same ../Assemblies folder
• Only one About.xml that has no automated handling
