E-Challan using blockChain -Smart Contract(written in solidity)

UseCases

Admin can add/remove traffic police officers.
Admin can update voilation rules (can set prices,rules etc).
Traffic Police officer can make challan of citizen.
Citizen can pay challan.
Citizen can check their challan history.
