From Glenn:
Green background means "Completed?" Gray background means "Not Done". Suggest you add those colors somehow to Ground Truth Status checkbox prompts, & mention in Help

Colours Indication by changing background colour in left menu left.

For Not Done, remove text in parentheses .

Change the font color of the 'Green' text to green
