Supports listing historical index files by wildcard and CSV patterns.

Uses new functions
Support for CSV in real time and 'last hour' processing (both use same matcher).
Dedupe and sort blocks when we have multiple contracts worth of index files (filter with * or ,).


          S3 list methods for wildcards and comma separated contracts.
