feat: handled internal error properly

Previously trait impl<E> From<JsonRpcError<E>> for RPCError was handling only JsonRpcServerError::HandlerError therefore when proxy call returned JsonRpcServerError::InternalError it was sending a "Failed to serialize JsonRpcError" string without any actual details
