new version to adapt to recent noip.com changes that require a security code sent via email to login.

THIS NEW RELEASE BREAKS THE OLD VERSIONS AS 2FA SETUP IS NOW REQUIRED

In order to use this automated renewal script you now need to enable 2FA and save the secret to be used with this script, together with the account password.

Also docker image now uses environment variables to read username, password, 2fa secret instead of command line (more secure and standard)
