Currently, we are assuming that participants will not exceed the value of the EPO torque condition or go below the value of the NPO condition. However this is not realistic; some padding on either end of the VAS scale need to be added to accommodate this behavior.

A fix might be:

  1. Setting EPO and NPO as labelled tick marks on the VAS line and then adding an extra $5 or some percent to either end
