What does this PR do?

1. Add contrast enhancement functions

TODO: (maybe too much for 1 PR)

2. vendor suite2p code??
3. use vendored suite2p code to find xy shifts from non-rigid registration with contrast enhanced videos
4. apply the shifts to the original derotated videos
5. assess quality (neuropil subtraction? some measure of noise? TBD)
6. continue with suite2p processing
7. save to nwb??
