This PR adds
sort_by_groupoption which allows sorting to be performed separately for groups (e.g. shanks). This outputs the sorting into group folders. The pipeline is updated to reflect this at the postprocessing stage. Tests are added, to check that the saved sorting is indeed correctly split by group.
