Apptainer is the successor of Singularity.

Nextflow supports a variety of container runtimes, including Apptainer. It’d be nice, if nfcore/nanoseq would support it too. (Currently, it the profile singularity works with Apptainer, as Apptainer provides a compatibility symbolic link singularity.)
