Describe the bug
I created an ARC quite some time ago (24.01.2023) with the ARCCommander and am unable to open it with the ARCitect.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Download ARC
a using ARCCommander : arc get - r https://git.nfdi4plants.org/micwij/cmqtl_val1_arc.git OR
b using ARCitect: download 'cmQTL_val1_arc' --> Click on 'close' of download window
Click on 'Open ARC' and select ARC
ARCitect will keep loading
Expected behavior
I would expect the ARC to open with ARCitect.
OS and framework information (please complete the following information):
OS: Edition: Windows 11 Enterprise
Version: 23H2
OS build: 22631.3527
Arcitect version: 0.0.37
ARCCommander version: 1.0.2
Additional context
This might be a specific problem only for this ARC, because it was created some time ago (probably with ARCCommander v0.4.0). I would be really grateful for any help in fixing this issue.
The main reason I was actually trying to open it in ARCitect, is because I wanted to fix a mis-annotation in an isa.assay.xlsx and thought I could use Swate from within ARCitect.
